Richard Lloyd Van Winkle of Rutherford NJ passed away suddenly on August 25th,2012.He was born in Hackensack to Theodore Lloyd and Katherine Cleary (nee Sinclaire) Van Winkle, beloved father of two sons, kyle and David Van Winkle. Richard was self employed in Property Management, he was a member of Tax Payers Association in Rutherford.
