Condolence: I can hardly express how sad I feel. My deepest condolences to the Iuso family. I just found out about his death and recently moved to Georgia. He was my landlord at 95 west 162 St. Bronx, NY 10452 and 28 Bedford Park Blvd. He rented me an apartment when I just came to the United Statesin 1989 when I had no credit history, no references and lived from paycheck to paycheck. He always had a smile and his kindness lit his face. I only spoke to him when he came to the building and he greeted me with the usual: " Mr. Ortiz" We had a small talk but it was enough to identify his humility and sincerity. I just finish praying for his soul and will keep him in my prayers as long as i remember I lost a great person and friend.
