Joseph W.Gallagher, 72, a long time resident of Rutherford passed away Monday, November 23rd, 2015.
He was an Attorney & also a Tax Consultant. He was a self employed Tax Consultant in Rutherford.
He will be missed by his beloved companion and wife of 40 years, Marilyn Bak, his stepdaughter Bridget Bak, his siblings Marybeth Ursen, Gerry Platoni & Stephen Gallagher. He is predeceased by Francis Gallagher.

Funeral Friday 8:30am from the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford for 9:30am Mass of Christian Liturgy in The Church of Saint Mary.
Cremation- East Ridgelawn Chapel, Clifton.

Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm
