Condolence: I had the distinct pleasure of knowing Bill while the JCC Coordinator during most of his tenure. He could easily switch from teddy bear to grizzly depending on what the circumstances called for, whether for a case or a new edict from the 'front office' and always with a sense of humor at the end of the day. If every team had a copy of him, more children would have been helped. Thank you for sharing him.
