Condolences

Condolence From: Alastair Stevenson
Condolence: Dear Sara, Henry and Jacob:

I was very sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I rowed with Ken in 2002, participating in several regattas including the Head of the Charles and Head of the Schuylkill. It was a happy time and my memories are of a fine man, a skilled rower and a brief but valued friendship. Simply, Ken made the world a better place.

Sincere condolences,

Alastair Stevenson

Condolence: Ken was one of a kind. Very dedicated to his family and to his staff at the Port Authority, who all loved him. I was proud to have been his supervisor during my tenure at the PA and to have called him a friend. He kept his optimism in the face of adversity and never seemed to give up. Please rest in peace Ken and know that I always smile thinking of you, and now shed a tear for you. My sincere condolences to you Sara, and the boys.

Condolence: My thoughts are with Ken's family. Ken was one of the first friends I made when I moved to NJ and one of the best. Ken, Mike, Cormac, Kevin and I rowed together as "The Fast Four" out of PRRA that year, and Ken was our leader. We were all a rowing "family" after that. I'll always remember Ken for his intellect, generosity, and sonorous laugh. We are all a little poorer without him.
