Robert Irwin, 73, of Lyndhurst, passed away March 8th, 2017. He was born to Dr. Robert C. Irwin and Charlotte (nee Parker) Irwin in Newark, NJ.
Robert was employed by Elevator Maintenance Corporation in Kearny as an elevator mechanic. He was a member of the Big 4 Wheeler Club, loved fly fishing and his little buddy Maxwell.

Robert will be missed by his beloved wife Diane (nee Collora), his children, Jamie Roberts and husband Edward, Michelle Machere and husband Michael, Capt. Robert Irwin and wife Cheryl, Sean Irwin and wife Amy, 12 grandchildren; Patrick, Danielle, Lindsay, Katie, Lauren, Sarah, Madison, Andrew, Alexander “Mason”, Cassandra, Sean, William and Siblings; Hugh Irwin and wife Heather & Elizabeth Irwin.

Family will receive friends Friday 4-8pm in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford. Prayer Service at 7:30pm with Rev. Pam Bakal, officiating.
