Condolence From: Deirdre Mulligan
Condolence: They say that all you ever really need to know you learn in kindergarten, but Miss Barbara taught me everything I needed to know in preschool. Barbara and I worked together at Rutherford Recreation Preschool. She greeted each of us every morning with “I’m soooo happy to be here,” and she made us happy to be there, too. Her love for her family was clear in every thing she did, and her devotion to children, to the people they would become, to her coworkers and community were obvious and contagious. But most importantly, Barbara taught me how to eat a cupcake. How to split it in half and place the icing in the middle so that you get icing in every bite. That was our one-of-a-kind friend, Barbara Bennett. The one who made sure there was a burst of joy in every little thing.

Condolence: My sympathies to the Bennett family in their loss of Barbara. The death of a loved one is devastating. Nothing can fully prepare us for the loss of someone we love dearly. May the family find strength in the memories they have of her. May you find comfort in God, because he is the source of all comfort. God will comfort you today and in the days to follow. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4. God will give you peace. Philippians 4:6, 7.

Condolence: May you have comfort in the memories of your loved one. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) The
Bible gives a real hope of being reunited again with your loved one. It promises that
your loved one will soon come back to life in the resurrection to a peaceful paradise
on the earth. (Job 14:14, 15)

Condolence From: Abby Holt
Condolence: Please allow me to express my deepest condolences for your family's loss. I hope that you will find comfort in the real hope that the Bible gives of being reunited with your loved one again. In the Bible at John 5:28, 29 it reads, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.". The Bible there promises that your loved one will come back to life again in the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) The Bible also promises that soon death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3, 4) I encourage you to visit for more information about this wonderful hope.

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to you for the loss of Barbara. She was an amazing human being and spread light and love to so many people and most especially, our children. Barbara was instrumental in helping to enrich my children's lives here in Rutherford, and she was an example I used often to teach them compassion and understanding as well as success. Her smile and humor were always so very welcome to me and mine. God rest her soul. I feel blessed to have had such a wonderful person in my world.
