Obituary for Naishadh J. Rajvaidya
Naishadh J. Rajvaidya, 75, a long time resident of Rutherford passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 11th, 2018 surrounded by family.
Born to Jayntilal and Kamala Rajvaidya in Ahmedabad, India in 1942. Naishadh grew up in India until 22 years old. He met the love of his life, Rekha in India, it was Love at first sight for each of them. He immigrated to the United States in 1964, settling in Rutherford and later marrying his beloved Rekha in India, in 1969. The couple had a very close and happy marriage for 49 years remaining in Rutherford and raising two daughters, Shilpa and Raina. Their second daughter Raina was born on Naishadh and Rekha's wedding anniversary and first daughter Shilpa was married on their wedding anniversary. Naishadh was an amazing great man, very wise with a generous heart. Our dad was the “best dad in the world”… we are all broken hearted.
Naishadh received a Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was a self employed Accountant and also a Professional Photographer, owner of Kirsten Studio in Secaucus for over a decade.
Naishadh will be deeply missed by his wife Rekha (nee Vora), his devoted daughter, Shilpa Rajvaidya Taufique and husband Sohel, Raina Rajvaidya, grandson Zubin Taufique, his brother Kirit Rajvaidya and wife Rima, sister Meena Masrani and many nieces & nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 10:30am. Family and friends are asked to gather in East Ridgelawn Crematory Chapel, 255 Main Street, Clifton, followed by cremation.
