We worked long & hard to repair Marty G's classic '32 Chevy which Steve had bought. So---- What do you do when the job is done? You take the car on it's maiden voyage to the beach This happened on an evening we were supposed to be going to some function at RHS so we could get away undetected. All went well --- until id didn't! The car broke down & I had to call my dad to come rescue us. That was bad, but the next day we had to hook up to my car with a rope & drag the Chevy back from Pt.Pleasant to Rutherford. In doing so, Steve's front bumper ended up looking like an arrowhead & We were all in trouble. Anyway just one of many fond memories I have of Steve. I probably only saw Steve one time after HS at a reunion but I will miss him! My prayers and condolences to Steve's family
