Both John and I are so terribly upset by this loss. Judy has been my husband's nursing partner (from St. Mary's, through Bon Secours, and now Care Point) for as long as I can remember; Judy taught John so many valuable lessons in nursing. And she graciously accepted me into her heart, as well.
I remember the joy in Judy's eyes at Frank and Stephanie's wedding last year. Judy was so proud of her son, and was excited to be gaining a daughter. I will always remember how happy Judy looked that night - surrounded by family and co-workers, as she danced in her purple gown.
I know that my husband John will always think of Judy when he is at work now; I know Judy will be looking over his shoulder, as my husband's own guardian angel.
Judy was a very special person, whose generosity, compassion, and intelligence will be greatly missed.
