Miss E was our son Kyle's 2nd grade teacher. She left such an impression on not only him but every student that met her. One of the last conversations I had with her was about Chocolate Chip Cookies. She wanted to know my trick. I told her and I believe she tried it for her family. The trick was to make the dough ahead and keep very cold in the refrigerator. I hope this short simple story made you smile. We will always keep Miss E in our "hearts". You will never be forgotten. ......
